OUR AGENDA WILL BE: HANDLING SCRIE AND OTHER TAX DEDUCTIONS; HANDLING PROBLEMS WITH SECTION 8 PAYMENTS; THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF VIOLATIONS AND TICKETS.   WE WILL ALSO HAVE A MORTGAGE CONSULTANT AVAILABLE AT THE END OF THE MEETING WHOSE SPECIALTY IS OBTAINING DECENT MORTGAGES IN "BORDERLINE" AREAS.

MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE A POST CARD IN THE MAIL.  IF YOU NOT A SPONY MEMBER BUT ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING, CALL OUR OFFICE 212 410 4600 AND/OR FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FORM ON THIS WEBSITE AND MAIL IT BACK TO US.

Meetings are open to all current SPONY members  (Membership status is confirmed at check-in).                 

If you are not a member, you can join by doing the following:

1. Join at the door (dues are $60.00 per year)

2. Check this website's home page for the application link, print and mail the application.

3. Call the SPONY office at 212-410-4600 and we will mail you an application.

Meetings feature keynote speaker(s)  followed by a question and answer period. Meetings also offer SPONY members the latest updates on current issues facing property owners and opportunities for networking with other members.  Coffee, tea, and "nibbles" are served at each meeting, although this meeting will include a light dinner.
